For those who enjoy both beach and exercise Platja de Palma is ideal.
We walked along the boardwalk before the crowds arrived - the beach is huge and stretches for many km's. The front is lined by hotels, apartments, many cafes, touristy shops and beach bars (numbered 01 - 15)
There were many beer drinkers Germans around as alcohol appears to be allowed on the beaches - sometimes a case at a time! Perhaps this explains the presence of the cops and 112.
